I shall write bullet points to save time; PROS -Staff aren’t well vetted /migration status checked -legal rights -Management discriminates(learning disabilities/physical health)- Staff aren’t supportive they will just encourage you not to work their if you’re mentally unwell/physically (if your disabled in any type .Please do your research before working here! -Staff talk to you with little respect,be-littling,degrading and treat you with a chip on their shoulder -0 unity ,everyone has their own groups -Adult staff are grown bullies and I felt frightened to go work, which meant I kept taking time off! -Way too many agency staff and they aren’t trained properly which makes your job more complicated and lengthy . -Experienced staff aren’t willing to help you -Little moral support -Management isn’t ever easy to get hold of CONS -Well payed -Recruitment process is unique -Opportunities for other jobs in the work place -The food is splendid -Thee environment overall has a friendly feel -
