I have to have a suprapubic catheter changed every few weeks. Sharon is incredibly efficient and also great fun - she makes something quite unpleasant seem totally bearable.

I really nervous before the appointment, then Sharon turned up and I heard her voice in the other room. For some reason her voice made me relax. She was very friendly, taking time to explain things fully, answering questions and making sure that I understood everything, there was no rush with her and she showed that she truly cares about helping.
