I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon for the first yesterday. I found Sharon to be very knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs, she was able to answer all my questions in laymen’s terms rather than bombing me with all the medical terminology that you normally get when attending a medical appointment and thanks to her I came away in a better frame of mind.

Urology isn't the best place to meet new people, however, meeting Sharon and listening to her explain ever aspect of my procedure, made a massive difference to how I coped with the experience. Indeed, every professional I met during this time, made a difference. Sharon listened, explained and, probably more importantly, understood my concerns, while reassuring me of every possible outcome.

Sharon put me at ease straight away and help me understand what the options were and how best to implement a solution going forward. She was friendly and had a sense of humour. I came away knowing what the solution plan was and the care and support needed going forward ( ie support from district nursing, Fittleworth and GP check up downstream.). Many thanks

When you have waterworks problems you need a caring, sympathetic and understanding professional and this is exactly what l received from Sharon she took me through all the stages and hoops that were needed to get me peeing freely, sadly this was not to be and l had to settle for self catheterisation which was dealt with dignity, empathy and in a total professional way, leaving me unconcerned how l would cope with my problem whether it be at home or out. Every detail of my appointment was discussed, analysed, explained succinctly and all in words that were not to clinical or medical. l can only thank Sharon for her excellent consulting skills and l am eternally grateful for the Great care l received.
