Sharon explained everything that was happening to me in a way I could easily understand. She was very professional, but still treated me as a human being. I would definitely ask for Sharron to help if further treatment is needed, which I am sure it will be.
Thank you for your kind review, i value your kind words
Sharon came to my home and thoroughly explained why I was having problems with my waterworks. She has a warm, bubbly personality and made me feel comfortable as soon as we met. She patiently went through what needed to be done to relieve my symptoms in a very professional manner. During the past ten years I have had two operations and numerous medications. None of this has actually helped so I’m just hoping that Sharon’s instructions will help. Time will tell. Thankyou Sharon.
Thank you for writing this kind review. I hope you are doing well.
I was told I had to Self Catheterise & although I accepted this, it did throw me into panic mode after leaving the hospital. Sharon Beale came to my home, firstly explaining how the body worked, gave me a booklet so I can refer to it again & again.
I found Sharon, calm, very easy to talk to, listened to my concerns & put me completely at ease. I found her so qualified & very knowledgeable & caring & she made me feel special, but also confirmed I am not different by having to do this. She encouraged me & told me I was doing well, which is what I needed to hear. I don’t feel on my own in this as Sharon has told me I can ring her anytime. Sharon’s support meant a lot to me. I am so pleased Sharon came to show me how it all works.
Thnak you for taking the time to write this review. I wish you well
Having been catheterised post surgery for 3 months as bladder nerves not working well, and in much discomfort, I was hugely anxious about intermittent self catheterisation and had all but convinced myself I would not be able to manage the process. Sharon was warm and down to earth, incredibly supportive, hugely knowledgeable, listened and filled me with the confidence I needed to acheive successful catheterisation. No rush, all done in a relaxed and very reassuring way. Before she left she made sure I had contact number for more support and offered to come back if necessary at any time, and organised catheter supplies which arrived as promised the next day. A consumately compassionate professional who I am lucky to have met.
Thank you for your kind review. Your words touched me and I am thankful that I was happy to help you at a time when you needed it.
Was made to feel at ease and was listened too, she made sure I was happy, relaxed and ok. To be able to get help in getting my issue resolved. I was nervous at 1st being a man and feeling embarrassed about my situation I came away feeling so much better.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I am happy to have been of help
