Stacey made feel extremely comfortable throughout my appointment despite my concerns about my asthma being long and varied. She commented that it gave her things to work on. My appointment wasn’t rushed and she explained things very carefully. She also managed to make me a blood test appointment the following day and a further chest X-ray also the following day
