After seeing various different GPs over the course of several months, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Pritchard's clinic at St Peters where I have received a diagnosis and excellent treatment. I have seen Nurse Chaplin three times and she is always kind, empathetic and extremely knowledgable, introducing new approaches, therapies and techniques to manage my health complaint. Her sensitive manner put me at ease during potentially painful examinations. I am eternally grateful for the smear test which she conducted with gas and air. I had not been able to have a smear at the local surgery as it was too painful, but I had absolute faith in Nurse Chaplin and her colleague who made the experience painless. I recently saw Nurse Chaplin again and she was able to diagnose a complaint very quickly, providing me with effective treatment which cleared up my symptoms within days. The GUM clinic at St Peters is superb and staff are all so professional.
