Helped me with my breastfeeding journey with all 3 of my babies! Would have given up but she showed me how to and gave me confidence that I could do it. A dedicated and experienced midwife who will empower you and give you the self confidence you need after you have a baby with her positivity and experience. Cannot say thank her enough.

First week with a newborn, had no idea what I was doing with breastfeeding, was at my breaking point with worry and fear for my newborn when Mary stepped in and gave me a call to visit in for my first midwife check. During the check I expressed my breastfeeding concerns to Mary, she immediately was so hands on, showed me a couple of different positions, monitored what I was doing, gave me tips and explained to me how my current way was restricting the milk flow etc. Mary was incredibly informative and so so helpful, she even booked me in for an additional check in two days later to see how the breast feeding journey was going. Mary has a lot of experience and it definitely comes through in her work and in her patient care. I couldn’t be more grateful that I had that appointment with Mary.

I was seen by Mary in order to be discharged after giving birth and I can say that she has been a lovely and caring person which helped me a lot by showing me in just a few minutes how to breastfeed my baby properly. I was using breast shields and the latch wasn’t done correctly but with her support and help I can now say that I am fully breastfeeding without any problem and without the shields. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and good work.

Mary has been an absolutely brilliant midwife - from re-establishing breastfeeding to providing support on latching, wound care and checking how I'm doing I couldn't recommend her enough. With over 40yrs experience she definitely knows her stuff and has a lovely patient centred approach. Thank you!
