She was very professional, when arrived, and followed procedures for the current Covid situation.
She listened to my concerns and demonstrated the products and explained the difference between each.
She went through the services provided and how to reorder prescriptions

I met Marie at a very difficult time when I was having postpartum voiding issues whilst having to take care of a newborn. I thought that she was a very kind and compassionate nurse. I found some comfort when she shared a personal experience and I felt listened to when I said I was in pain and she modified my regime accordingly. She is a real asset to the team that she works in.
