Marie was very considerate and a great teacher. She explained the process of self-catheterisation well and empowered me to have a go myself. I had been very apprehensive about doing this by myself but have found it to be much easier than I had thought it would be. I couldn’t have done this without Marie’s guidance. I’m hopeful that being able to self-catheterise will alleviate my bladder symptoms, but we will see how it goes.
