Marie was very friendly and reassuring. I was extremely anxious before my appointment and reluctant to have to go through the process but Marie totally put me at ease. I felt so much better after my appointment. I didn’t have to do anything embarrassing or intrusive but was shown in a professional manner how to do everything. She has done these appointments many times before and any questions I had, she had heard before and had the answers. Nothing was embarrassing and she respected my decisions. I was given choices and informed about the differences. I feel if I have a problem I can talk to her and am not worried about future appointments.
