The advice and re-assurance given by nurse Marie Riding- introduced very kindly by Gerry of Fittleworth - was simply outstanding and enormously helpful in circumstances when the urology department of one of the leading hospitals in London had sadly simply not provided anything. Marie offered an explanation and a solution which she volunteered to pro-actively research and source herself, while seemingly actually on holiday, and provided huge re-assurance to me as the patient. I have to say that this was absolutely outstanding service, way beyond any normal expectation, and way beyond any call of duty. My huge thanks and I cannot compliment it and Marie and Fittleworth more highly. This is the NHS at its very best. Tremendous.
