I had to have a procedure on 6 September and was extremely nervous. Lois and her team were extremely kind and caring, enabling me to go ahead with the procedure.
Lois talked me through it and it was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated.

Mrs Lois Delchar is an amazing lady she made my visit very comfortable and relaxed and I cannot praise her enough, no need for improvement, doing a fantastic job!
