I had a procedure done by Lois at the queens hospital firstly I was greeted by a lovely girl called Michelle and was made to feel very relaxed, When I was called for my procedure I was met by Lois and Dawn I felt totally at ease from the minute I entered the room the whole experience was very professional and although not the most pleasant I was made to feel relaxed they kept a conversation going which helped so much. Lois explained things clearly to me which was great, I was very impressed with all three ladies and thanked them greatly.

The nurse practitioner was professional and friendly immediately putting me at ease. Careful consideration was given to preserving my privacy and dignity and I felt in control throughout. I was given information and advice with a clear explanation of findings and next steps. All staff present presented themselves in a like minded friendly yet professional manner...a real cohesive team. I was even seen early! Thank you
