She was easily approachable and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous when i got there and she explained the procedure. She was gentle and always informed of what she was doing during the examination. She explained what will happen after the checkup. Other nurses alongside her were very helpful and made me feel at ease. This helped the procedure to be easy and less stressful. Very pleased with the team.
