A procedure I was not looking forward to was made much easier by the comfortable confident efficient atmosphere created by this nurse practitioner and the team. I felt listened to and able to ask questions but also my wish to only be given information I really needed was respected. I left clearly understanding the results and reassured that I had nothing to be concerned about.

Thank you for your feedback, our aim as a team is to try and make ladies feel as comfortable as possible at such a stressful time. It is also rewarding to know you felt you were listened to by all of us and that your wishes were respected at all times.
