I would highly recommend Lois and her team. They made me feel at ease immediately as I was extremely worried and not looking forward to the procedure. They all showed a personal interest which helped to relax me and Lois kept me informed all the way through. I left with a clear understanding of what had been happening and reassured I had nothing to be concerned about.
