Excellent patient flow which meant care was coordinated and efficiently delivered.
The ANP and nursing staff were pleasant and friendly which put me at ease.
I was very confident of the knowledge and experience of the ANP.
Clear explanation given of procedure, results of visual examination and follow up care.
I certainly rate this visit very highly.
Well organised, structured and positive patient experience for me.
