I was extremely nervous when I went for my test today 12/7/17 as I had no idea of what to expect. I saw a lovely lady called Lois who was very kind and helpful. Although it was a very stressful situation she spent quite some time listening to me and explained everything involved so that I eventually decided to go ahead with the test. Both Lois and the other two ladies were so nice that it put me at ease and made a stressful and embarrassing experience a lot more bearable. I would like to thank them and also the nice lady who performed the ultrasound for their kindness and professionalism.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback about your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. We are aware how nervous some of our ladies can be and it is important to us we are able to reassure ladies and explain as much as we can about the procedure so that they can make an informed decision.
