At every point dealing with Mrs Crook has been extremely good. She keeps you informed and her open honesty has us very comfortable. Nothing needs to be improved upon. Just would like the team to have the ability to retain the use of the facilities, my daughter has had the best experience possible under your care and being treated at The Portland hospital has especially been such a smooth ,speedy and pleasant day.
