Kathryn is so friendly and easy to talk to. My stoma care has been conducted over the internet in virtual meeting rooms but I don’t think that mattered one bit, she still managed to come across as a caring professional with a genuine interest in me and my situation. On my return home from hospital I had problems with lots of leaks and very sore skin, Kathryn got all the products out to me I needed including a new sort of bag. It sorted out my problems straight away. Lovely service and I’m glad Kathryn is my stoma nurse.
