My care has always been excellent and does not need to be improved.

Julie has been a fantastic support to me. She has been patient and has offered so much reassurance and advice. I am so grateful that she has been able to help me since I have come home. I will miss her when she stops visiting me. She has been a true professional through out, has let me vent and cry -if I was allowed to give her a hug I would.

Julie has looked after my dad after his operation. She has been very caring wnd thorough. She has been there when others haven’t and she has alerted other teams when there were problems with his recovery. She has helped us hugely.

I think I was in shock when I went home from hospital. Forgot everything I’d been told. Julie has helped. She has been a constant reassurance. Has had an answer for everything. I would of been lost without her.
