Jenni was really prompt with responses, advice, and alternative plans throughout the titration process. I never had to wait more than 48 hours for a response - most responses would be the next working day. It was important to me that I was on the lowest dose possible with the best side effects, and Jenni provided me with enough information to be able to request certain trials (i.e. a lower morning dose and quick release in the afternoon; splitting a higher dose across the day etc.). Prescriptions were issued really quickly, and I never ran out of medication. When Jenni was on annual leave, the staff covering her were as quick to respond, and reassure me when I had any questions or concerns - and I had many! Excellent service :)
