Amazing experience, super easy and very comfortable.
I could not recommend Jackie more highly in how she goes about her work. She has so much care and attention to those in her care, and has gone out of her way so many times to reassure my wife and I regarding our daughter's situation.
My 12 year old son was under the care of Jackie and Dr Hyer from The Polyposis Registry and I couldn't have asked for better patient care. From the minute my sons colonoscopy was arranged, Jackie kept intouch by phone and email to make sure all the arrangements went as planned as we had to travel 4 hours to get to St Mark's Hospital. Any hiccups we faced she was there to sort them out which took the worry and pressure off myself. She checked in on me that much that i didn't even feel like she was a stranger when i met her in person.
My son has an extreme phobia of bowel prep medication and hospital procedures in general. The covid pandemic also increased his anxiety. Jackie was extremely supportive and understanding and spent hours with him to try and put him at ease. Patience of a saint. She was literally there from the minute we walked into the hospital, all that day, during his colonoscopy the following day and up until we left. The continuity of care was outstanding.
Thank you Jackie
Jackie really put my daughter at ease, she explained everything to Izzy and ensured that Izzy knew that she could contact her anytime.
Jackie also explained everything really well and helped put me at ease before Izzy had her operation.
Jackie has been hugely helpful with our daughters as we journey through the process of discovering whether they have inherited FAP or not. She is fantastic!
