Oh how lovely to put a face to the voice and emails I have come to know over the last how ever many months. Claire, you have been wonderful and made this process perfect and painless for me. You've listened to me and you've taken the time to read my ever rambling emails (I'm really struggling to not ramble on here) and I really appreciate the time you have spent and the care you have shown. Thanks to you, I am confident in what I am doing with my medication and you have helped me in more ways than you know. You are an asset to PUK and I hope you are always appreciated. Thanks lovely. :-)
