Claire took over half way through my titration process. What a breath of fresh air she is! She listened and communicated effectively, enabling me to understand exactly what the next step was. Claire has a very kind and caring nature which made me feel very comfortable and we had some lovely meetings together! I cannot thank Claire enough for making the second half of my titration run so smoothly! Thank you so much!
