Clair was very kind and helpful, she provided plenty information on everything I asked for and more, she also suggested other potential treatments I could have done if I so wished. She was very kind and supportive, as I have anxiety this is very important. She was very nice and helped calm me down while we waited for test results. Clair also acted in a very professional manner and worked efficiently to make the process run smoothly and quickly. Clair also provided some very useful and helpful after care information and set me a plan for the next couple of weeks. I was very anxious when I went into the Brook but I felt very pleased and relaxed when I left, Clair did a fantastic job.
