Chris was a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable while asking the questions that she needed to. She rang me at the time that was promised and asked me what time would suit me best to go in to collect the prescription. Felt very safe going into the Brook and the 2m distance was carefully put in place.

Was very friendly and helpful over the phone when arranging my appointment and explaining the service. She even went through the service again and made sure i understood how to use it when i came to the clinic for my appointment. Despite the distancing measures due to the current circumstances i felt very safe and comfortable in the clinic
