I felt totally at ease during my visit to the hospital today. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered in 'simple' terms that I could easily understand. All staff in the room during my procedure were a pleasure to be with during a very awkward time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mrs Bama Selvaraj or her team to anyone in the future.

Overall good experience, caring and professional Made me feel at ease Only real disappointment was waiting for my appointment which ran over 30 mins, considering I was the first appointment of the day, was hoping to be seen in a timely manner

She was absolutely lovely and so understanding during my difficult procedure. She took the time and asked me what was worrying me. The male doctor I had seen prior did not care at all and dismissed me.

Absolutely lovely lady she talked me all the way through my procedure before and during with the utmost care and compassion, I honestly felt so comfortable and she genuinely cared about me as a patient, answered any questions and gave me very clear answers, in turn this mad me feel very comfortable before during and after my procedure, there was all the time in the world for me as a patient, which I have found to be a very rare thing when seeing doctors at hospitals from previous experiences. Her team with her in the room on the day were also equally caring and compassionate. Very happy patient and would highly recommend. Thank you Mrs Bama Selvaraj you are a lovely kind person and good at your job.
