The care I got was first class from her and the other two nurses who were supporting. Everything was explained as she did it and any questions were answered and she kept checking if I was ok.

Great patient care, nurse listened to me and told the time to explain the procedure to me. Also, I was handled with care and dignity. Despite the nature of the procedure it was a pleasant and relatively painless experience.

She explained everything very well and slowly for me. I wasn't in pain at all. Respected my concerns and gave me privacy while I got changed.
