This lady was lovely.
However the reception staff were rude, and spoke tome like I was a dog

Mrs. Bama and her whole team were so gentle and professional. They didn't make me feel the pain at all. All three of them were very kind in treating me.

The whole team was great and very professional whilst being caring & gentle too. I felt no pain. The procedure was explained before during & after.

She was very reassuring and put me at ease, she and her team were very good. Asking how I was every step of the way and explained everything as she was going along.
