Mrs Bama Selvaraj and accompanying nurses were very kind and clear on what was being done. They explained every step of the procedure and what to expect during and after. I was very nervous but they made me feel at ease and offered paracetamol and sanitary towel before leaving. Thank you

She explained everything before starting ie what she would do and how I will feel at each stage During the procedure she was soothing and encouraging after she was sympathetic to how I felt explained what sample she had taken and showed me the pics taken during She and her team were fantastic and whilst it’s something I never have to have again if I did I would feel safe and comfortable having her again Thank you
