I attended the Hysteroscopy cliinic recently, and although I was nervous I was soon put at ease. All the nurses were very attentive and reassuring. Mrs Selvaraj did the procedure and constantly asked if I was ok and explainied every action to me before doing it. I was offered pain meds before I left and was given advice on what would happen next.

I had 4 people in the room with me during my procedure & every one of them was very reassuring & kind to me. Everything was explained to me very clearly before we started & I was told I may feel some pain, but for me, there was no pain during the procedure. The follow-up procedure was then clearly explained to me, with the opportunity to ask any questions. The nurses wanted me to be comfortable following my procedure & I was offered pain relief before I left the room. Thank you all very much.

Very friendly, explained everything, made me feel at ease, told me what she was doing and when I may experience some pain (I didn’t). Spoke to me about the outcome and gave me leaflet and also explained the options and what will happen next. Was nervous about the procedure but was totally at ease while having it done. Thank you.
