Bama made the time to see me even though I had no appointment booked. Bama was friendly and put me at ease immediately. I have severe back pain which affects my mobility. I was shown care and compassion, I was listened to and informed at every stage what was happeneing during the procedure. I was given the time i needed and shown respect all all times. Thank you Bama for making my experience so much easier. Thank you to the lovely nurses assisting you too.

Bama made me feel more relaxed as I was very anxious. She explained what the procedure would be and if at anytime I wanted to stop she would stop. I really am so pleased I had Bama as my nurse.

Bama was warm and calming and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to carry out my Hysterocopy. Bama explained everything to me as we went through the procedure. Also the two other nurses who we're assisting Bama was also compassionate and reassuring. Thank you Bama and team.
