I had an appt this week. on entering the room my anxiety occurred. Mrs.B Selvaraj seemed very calm and welcoming. Mrs B Selvaraj could see that I had anxiety, She explained in great detail to me of what was going to happen, and when to do the procedure she stopped to see how I was and talked through each step. I felt very at ease with her. I would like to say a big Thank you to her for how she treated me. I would never forget that appointment. PS If anyone has anxiety and need to feel reassured. I hope you get this Consultant.
