This lady explained my procedure to me carefully and talked to me throughout, regularly asking if I was ok and gave me the option to stop if I needed. She made me feel like I was in control and that I was important - not just another patient with a 30 minute slot. She even gave me the chance to have a coil fitted, which I was very surprised and very grateful. This I know has saved me months of waiting. I would definitely recommend this lady to my friends and family should they ever need the same or similar procedure.
