Having had previous bad experience of mis information on previous visits this nurse had read my notes prior to my visit. When I discussed in detail what I had experienced she was able to reassure me the future route of medication and put me at ease when explaining the details of the biopsy she had undertaken. This Nurse was calm and listened without interruption and had a friendly attitude. This set my mind at rest for the future visit I would make a few weeks later.
