Nurse Babitha Joseph is a well versed nurse who knows her way around helping first time patients with this newly diagnosed condition! She listens to you well and is very clear about her treatment direction. She always asks you if you understand it all. She gave me time to ask the numerous questions I had, and took her time to answer each if them. She made sure I was happy with the treatment plan and ensured that I understood how to administer the enema, giving me tips on how to do it better. She listens to you and does exactly what she said she would do. It's such a pleasure to have someone like her onboard regarding my treatment. I left there totally empowered to ensure I can handle this new diagnosis. Well done to her! She's perfect for her role in advising newly diagnosed patients, and made me welcome to the numerous patients that she has to deal with every day. It's clear she enjoys her work, and I enjoyed meeting her too. I was wary about seeing a nurse instead if a consultant, however, she put me at ease immediately! I am really happy to talk to her again. I am no longer worried about being diagnosed with UC, as she made me feel it's simple to deal with it on a daily basis. She also returns your call promptly too, again this helps when leaving a voicemail. I am now a very happy, and at ease patient with UC. Well done again!
