I would like to thank Ann Binnie, Health Visitor for being helpful over and above the norm. Of the [many] medical and social service practitioners I have interacted with during the first 4 months of our looked after child's placement with us, she has been by far the most helpful, finding out info. I was struggling get and that other practitioners should have been providing. Thanks Annie - truly excellent service.
