Tony was my nurse during the titration period of receiving medication to treat my ADHD. Throughout the process Tony was fabulous. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ever-patient. We tried three different medications before finding one that was the right fit for me, never did this seem like an inconvenience and I was always listened to. When communicating through the online portal responses were fast, clear and helpful. When I was having difficulty articulating myself through forms, we spoke on the phone. I am now at the end of my titration period, I have a prescription that works for me, I feel I am managing my condition well and my quality of life has tangibly improved.
