Tony has always been professional, friendly and understanding throughout my interactions with him. He saw me through titration for ADHD. He is also very patient, which I'm sure he knows is key when dealing with us ADHD sorts, us being prone to rants and such! Tony always offered reassurances and made me feel listened to and more importantly safe. That last part is something people forget to do when handling mental health issues, because it's probably the most important thing, at least to me, when talking about my mental health which carries a lot of stigma in our societies as many know. I felt at ease talking about issues, and I never felt judgements from him and that made talking to him about problems with the medication or concerns about my mental healthcare a lot easier.
