Stephen Ward was absolutely wonderful, he put my Father, who is 84 years old, at complete rest, listened to all he had to say and took his time explaining everything to him. We were squeezed in at the end of surgery but Stephen did not rush my Father's appointment, he chatted to him, seemed to really care about him, gave him a thorough examination and prescribed antibiotics for an inflamed/ear infection. As the previous patient was leaving Stephen's surgery she said to me 'He's lovely, you're very lucky to be seeing this young man' If only all doctors were as lovely as this wonderful nurse, the world would be a much better place. He was just great, I'd be very happy to see Stephen and would be confident that he was every bit as knowledgeable as any doctor if I needed to attend the surgery. Top marks. Instant promotion and a massive pay increase, if I had my way !!!
