Was seen by nurse and he was very caring even though A&E was busy he still had time to go that extra mile and help me.

Thank you for your feedback. Even at busy times, in a a very busy A&E, I always try to ensure that I put the patient first. I'm glad you felt that I was able to help, and hope you have recovered from whatever was the reason for which you came to A&E
