Everything explained clearly. Where I got lost once in medical/technical terms (possibly due to being a 73 year old patient!) - he patiently backtracked and rephrased in layman phrases that I could understand. Personable with good sense of humour.

I found Andrew an extremely efficient and caring nurse when explaining any problems I may have had during my radiotherapy treatment. I only saw Andrew on one occasion but felt very confident in his ability to deal with my situation.
