My husband is a patient and is really pleased with the help and advice that Andrew gives,he explains things really well and doesn't seem to m ind when I e mail him later because we've forgotten some of the conversation

I would like to think of Andrew as a friend as well as an amazing nurse. From day one I was met with a smile and a handshake (before Covid 19) and he has been honest, considerate, informative and reassuring throughout. At any point during my treatment if I was unsure of anything I would drop Andrew a text or email which he responded to straight away during the day or 1st thing the next morning if it was late on in the evening. I liked the atmosphere during my consultations and during treatment, it was upbeat, positive and in my case a good laugh. I would like to give 5 stars to every nurse on the ward as they made the time go quickly and I always left with a smile on my face. From my experience I don't believe you can improve on the staff and level of dignity shown during my treatment. Thanks Andrew for everything you have done from me and all my family.

Excellent and thorough phone consultation. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate a change of appointment. Andrew was reassuring and honest with his assessment and very reassuring.

Thank you for being at the other end of the phone. We have had several phone consultations and you have always been professional, and caring. You tell it like it is with results and are always honest in our discussions which I greatly appreciate. You listen to my concerns, answer my questions honestly. I feel very involved in my treatment. I have been having phone consultations for a while now, and much prefer them than attending the clinic. However, you mentioned at the last consultation that you were considering video calls. This is something I would like to try as it would further personalise the treatment - being able to see each other would be very useful. Steve Williams
