ANDREW IS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE HE EXPLAINED MY CONDITION TO ME IN A UNDERSTANDING WAY. I LEARNED MORE IN MY MEETING WITH HIM THAN ANYONE ELSE. ON REFLECTION ALL HOSPITAL WARD STAFF AND CONSULTANTS DOCTORS NURSES ARE VERY GOOD AT TREATING AND CURING BUT DO NOT INFORM IN DEPTH WHY.
I'm sorry it took until now for you to get the understanding of your condition but glad we were able to help with that. Thanks for sharing.
Andrew took the time to ask about my personal life and we'll being as well as focusing on my stoma. He was very professional and also very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Life is important and much more than having a stoma. It is important to me to know the whole person am meeting. Thanks for sharing
