Joanne did a great job. She immediately made me feel comfortable about the video session. Initial questions were all handled well and efficiently. Questioning about the specific problem was thorough. Exercises given were well managed and I am left feeling the plan I have been given is totally relevant to the issues that were probably responsible for the pain I experienced a couple of months ago. Although the pain has now largely gone, I feel the exercise plan I am left with will help prevent re-occurrence. Great job. I hope Joanne gets to hear what a happy customer she has. Top marks all-round!
