Joanna was wonderful, in that during a very tense covid time, she listened to my symptoms, on the phone, and then made an appointment to see me in person. Her questioning was very thorough and to the point and she combined the questions with an examination. Joanna actually followed up my appointment with phone calls and prescriptions. Whatever she said that she would do, she did, and quickly. Joanna had a calm, unhurried air and I didn’t feel rushed. Also Joanna has a way of keeping the meeting warm, friendly and, almost, fun.
