I didn't speak with Joanne Gaffney, I spoke with Caroline McLauren (I think that was her last name). Below is about Caroline: I spoke with Caroline, she made me feel instantly comfortable. Listened to all I had to say, didn't rush me and prompted me with great questions so I got to explain everything about my lifestyle and diet etc. She really cared about me and made some great suggestions with encouragement to help me progress and hopefully get some resolution. I couldn't speak more highly about the whole thing. I've been investigating these issues with the NHS and privately for about 7yrs now and sometimes a new channel with new medical professionals can make it a tiresome and frustrating process... This was not the case and was all down to Caroline's knowledge, understanding and experience. A huge thank you to Caroline.
