Hannah was great from the start. I had a couple of issues to sort before starting titration which caused delays, but once it was all sorted I got started immediately. The whole titration was based on my preferences, with Hannah giving advice on the best medication. I found submitting the forms really easy, and any medication adjustments were done with my consent and opinion. I’m so pleased with how it has all gone and have had my life changed by the medication. We have a plan for my GP to take over, and we had a good discussion about this. I know Hannah will be available should I have any issues. I’m really grateful I had Hannah as my nurse! She has been fabulous.
