After an extremely long wait and one that we had expected. We sat down with Clare and Lily and knew this was our once and only chance to be heard. Clare and Lily were patient while I cried, observant to know how my daughter was feeling and really made us feel like we were in the right place. I am so very grateful that they were the two who sat with us, put us at ease and made us feel normal in what originally felt like a very stressful situation. My daughter has had a very hard 3 going into 4 yrs during her start at secondary school. Clare and Lily both listened and made My daughter feel like she was in a safe space to talk about her worries and concerns.
